Days

In my quest to find things to do all day, I found the 1972 Olympic Kayak/ Canoe course on the bike! The 2010 World Cup is happening this weekend so I have been watching them practice on the course. It is quite something. It is manmade in a canal but there is a strong current and boulders, turns, rapids, etc. I rode Rod today, took him for a walk in the woods. It is hot now! Probably 80 degrees. Tonight Dom's parents will go to an Opera so I am holding down the fort...

  2. Hey Sweet Pea,
Sooo cool the Kayak course! What a find! Will they let you tube down it in an inner tube:) If they do I say go for it!!
Just got back from Boston. Not sure you know but I am getting laid off July 30th so U.S. and I are taking full advantage of being in Boston when we can. Had a romantic and awesome dinner last night in the North End at Carmen's. The best bolognese sauce I have ever had in my life!! Also looking for wonderful places to eat/shop with your mom because our Boston trip is coming up soon! No worries about my job though....UMASS has applied for the grant again and we are waiting to hear...if not I will go to work with Joshua doing lawn care:) U.S and I saw an amazing amount of "see-through" jelly fish in the Boston Harbor near the hotel we were staying at. They were beautiful! Glad I was not swimming with them but really spectacular. Plus the HUGE yacht ancored outside the hotel named "Plan B". I will have to tell Daddy that I saw the next size boat he needs to buy! This thing was bigger than my whole house!
U.S is enjoying his Mini Cooper S!! I must say he looks very handsome driving it. It has quite the pep...maybe even faster than my Z3....but I still look better:)
Trying to get together with Mom, Dad, and Tay-Tay for the 4th. Do you have any plans for a cookout with Dom's parents? You can explain the whole holiday to them. And this time make potato salad instead of the corn:)
Talked with Gramma Judy today and she says hi.
Did you get the tickets for the soccer viewing? I hope so!!
    Miss you much.
